About Your eTicket(s)

After purchasing ticket(s), you will receive two emails. One is informational and the other includes your eTicket(s). Please check your email settings and spam folder if you’re having trouble finding either email.

You will need to bring your eTicket(s) on your mobile device or in print form on the date of your visit.

Please Note: The “Selected date” and “Selected time” indicate your arrival time only. Once you have checked in at the Museum’s Admission Desk you can visit all day until 5 p.m.
